Kensington Gardens were once part of Kensington Palace, but they are now an open space for the public to enjoy. The gardens stretch out over 111 hectares and lie just west of Hyde Park. Kensington Gardens is home to fountains, bridges, memorials, and beautiful green lined trails to wander down. The park is honoured with a statue of Peter Pan as J.M. Barrie’s book Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens is set here.
